The present Terms of Service regulate your usage of the mobile app Amoro AI exploited by MC Creations SRL. By downloading or using the app, you accept to be bound by these Terms as well as by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use Amoro AI.
2. Description of the service
Amoro AI offers the feature of analyzing a text chat in the form of an uploaded screenshot in order to provide an AI generated reply, in the context of flirting chats.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old in order to use Amoro AI. We do not deliberately collect data from users under 16. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age threshold.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
All the payments and renewals are handled by the App Store or Google Play depending on their respective terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of renewal.
Refund requests have to be submitted directly via the platform used for the purchase.
If you are a consumer of the EU, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions purchased at a distance.
Rules specific to your purchase platform apply: requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play.
By starting a subscription immediately after the purchase, you explicitly request immediate execution and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. User responsibilities and conduct
By using Amoro AI, you agree to:
- Use the application only for personal and lawful purposes.
- Have the rights to every image and chat you upload.
- Not use the app for bullying, discrimination, defamation or any other illegal activity.
- Not try to copy, reverse engineer, or edit the app or its algorithms.
6. Disclaimer
The replies generated by Amoro AI are given purely for reasons of information and entertainment.
They do not constitute official suggested replies, and the user acknowledges that the AI may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or any type of inappropriate response.
The user is expected to judge whether the reply is appropriate or not.
You acknowledge that any action you make based on the generated reply is voluntary and at your own risk.
MC Creations disclaims any liability for any physical, emotional or financial consequences resulting from the trust accorded to the content of Amoro AI.
7. Limitation of Liability
At the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Creations and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or emotional damage resulting from the use of Amoro AI and of the trust accorded to its results.
8. Account closure and data deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate the present Terms or if you abuse the Service. You may request the closure of your account and the permanent deletion of your data at any moment by contacting us at contact@amoroai.app.
9. Intellectual property
All the content, the algorithms and the elements available on Amoro AI are the exclusive property of MC Creations™. You cannot copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written authorisation.
10. Modification of these Terms
We may periodically update these Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website:

Users will be notified in-app whenever important changes are made.
Continued use of the app after these changes constitutes an agreement with the new Terms.
11. Applicable law
The present Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Romania.
